We’ve all had days where we just don’t feel like we’re at our best. Maybe you’re feeling a little sluggish, or maybe you’re just feeling a little down.
Ingredients

2 green apples, cored and sliced

1 cucumber, sliced

1 cup kale leaves

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 lemon, peeled

1/2 inch ginger root

1 cup water
Instructions

Wash all the ingredients thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.

Put the green apples, cucumber, kale leaves, spinach leaves, lemon, ginger root, and water into a blender or juicer.

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
